NCCE Regional Director Strengthens Ties with Jaman South Municipal Assembly

The Jaman South Municipal Office of the NCCE welcomed the Bono Regional Director of the Commission, Madam Cynthia Anima Boadi, and her team to the municipal office. The partnership between the municipal office and the regional office is a strategic initiative to pay working visits to key stakeholders in the region. Thus, the team from the regional office, accompanied by the Jaman South Municipal Director, Mr. Emmanuel Oduro, paid courtesy calls on the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Siata Watara, and the Coordinating Director, PLN Joseph Basie. Discussions centered on deepening institutional collaboration, particularly in areas that promote civic education and mutual development goals within the municipality.

The meeting also emphasized the need for joint efforts in public sensitisation, especially on tax mobilization, to enhance revenue generation and governance. Madam Cynthia Anima Boadi expressed gratitude to the Assembly for providing a new office space for NCCE’s Municipal office to accommodate its staff. She used the opportunity to appeal for additional logistic support. The Municipal Chief Executive and Coordinating Director welcomed the engagement warmly and pledged continued support for NCCE’s operations in the municipality.
