NCCE GA CENTRAL OBSERVES 2024 LIMITED REGISTRATION EXERCISE

As part of the NCCE's mandate to educate the citizenry on their right and responsibilities, the office of Ga Central visited the District Office of the Electoral Commission to observe the limited registration exercise and educate the citizenry on the registration processes, the dos and don’ts. The exercise from the 7th of May to the 27th was extended to the 29th of May, 2024.

The centre was peaceful as people trooped in daily to register. Security was also tight to ensure free and fair registration. Even though the place was crowded and there were some network challenges at the early stage, the registration exercise was successful.

The Municipal Director and the team visited the centre daily to observe and ensure the electoral rules and regulations were adhered to.
