NCCE Akuapem North Engages MCE on Strengthening Civic Participation

The Akuapem North Municipal Directorate of the NCCE paid a courtesy call on the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. John Evans Kumordzi, to discuss matters of mutual interest and possible collaborations between the two institutions. The meeting served as a platform for open dialogue between the Commission and the Assembly, aimed at fostering stronger working relationships.

Led by NCCE’s Municipal Director, Ms. Benedicta Duvor, the team discussed strategies to promote civic values and enhance citizen participation in local governance and community development. The NCCE delegation, which included Nana Adwoa Oduraa III, Ms. Alberta E. Attipoe, Mr. Hanniel Wogbedi, and Mr. Eric K. Ocloo, reaffirmed their commitment to deepening civic education and supporting good governance within the municipality.
