Abura Omanhene Pledges Support for NCCE's Civic Education Clubs (CECs)

The Abura Asebu Kwamankese District office of the NCCE has paid a courtesy call on the Omanhene of Abura, Emintsinminim Otu XI, who also serves as President of the Abura Traditional Council. The visit, which took place at his palace, was led by the NCCE District Director, Mrs. Ellen Osei, accompanied by staff members Bismark Omani and Jones Afreh Boamah.

During the engagement, the Omanhene pledged to sponsor seven (7) Civic Education Clubs (CECs) from selected schools to participate in the upcoming NCCE Constitution Quiz in the district. The District Director and staff expressed deep appreciation to the Omanhene for his generous commitment, noting that such traditional leadership and support significantly boosts civic learning and youth participation in democracy.
