SEKYERE CENTRAL DISTRICT CONTINUOUS ZONAL QUIZ COMPETITIONS

The Sekyere Central District Directorate of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) continued with its Zonal Level of the Constitution Quiz competitions for Basic Schools in the District.

Participating schools in the Kwamang Zonal Contest included the Kwamang Presby JHS, Kwamang SDA JHS, Kwamang D/A JHS and the Kwamang Anglican JHS.

The keenly contested competition had contestants from various schools tested on their knowledge of the 1992 Republican Constitution, the 3 Arms of Government, the Mandate of the NCCE, and some National Current Affairs.

After an exciting and thrilling contest, the final results were as follows:

👉1st Position: Kwamang D/A JHS with a score of 34 points

👉 2nd Position: Kwamang Presby JHS with a score of 31 points

👉 3rd Position: Kwamang Anglican JHS with a score of 29 points

👉 4th Position: Kwamang SDA JHS with a score of 24 points

Kwamang D/A JHS were declared winners of the Zonal contest (Kwamang Zone) 🏆.

Some dignitaries present at the event were Mr. Williams Opare Danso (Marketing Manager, Kwamanman Rural Bank) and Madam Salamatu Adams (Manageress, Kwamanman Rural Bank-Kwamang Branch)

The event was also graced by some staff of the District Assembly, the NCCE, and Teachers and Students of the participating schools.
