NCCE Engages Afienya Technical Institute Students on Civic Values

The Afienya-Mataheko Zonal Office of the Ningo-Prampram District of the NCCE, as part of the 2025 Annual Constitution Week Celebration, held a civic engagement session with students at Afienya Technical Institute. The Greater Accra Regional Director, Mr. Mawuli Agbenu, led the discussion, focusing on the importance of Ghanaian values such as patriotism, discipline, integrity, and hard work in building a strong and unified nation.

Mr. Agbenu also traced Ghana’s political history from the First Republic to the present Fourth Republic, highlighting the significance of the country’s 33 years of constitutional democracy. He urged students to uphold their responsibilities as outlined in Article 41 of the 1992 Constitution and encouraged them to be active citizens committed to democratic principles and national development.
