As part of the 2025 Annual Constitution Week Celebration, Chief Field Officer of the Nanumba North Municipal Directorate of the NCCE, Mr. Nuhu Sulemana, engaged yam sellers at the Bimbilla market on the theme, "Ghana's Future, Our Collective Responsibility." He stressed the importance of upholding Ghanaian values such as patriotism, honesty, discipline, and integrity, and urged all citizens to contribute meaningfully to national development by actively participating in civic life and upholding the rule of law.
Mr. Sulemana also highlighted the dangers of drug abuse, which he noted has been on the rise in the municipality. He explained the causes and effects of the menace and urged the traders to help curb the trend by educating the youth and supporting efforts to address such bad practices. The session was part of broader efforts to deepen constitutional awareness and promote responsible citizenship.
