NCCE Adentan Educates Ghana Cooperative Fashion Designers Association (GCFDA)-(Apprentices) on Digital Responsibility at Ashiyie.

The Adentan Municipal Directorate of the National Commission for Civic Education has engaged members of the Ghana Cooperative Fashion Designers Association (GCFDA), particularly apprentices, as part of activities marking the 2026 Constitution Week Celebration.

The engagement, held under the theme “Upholding Our Constitution in the Digital Age: Our Collective Responsibility,” focused on promoting responsible digital behaviour and safe online practices among young artisans.

Facilitating the session, Miss Sandra D. A. Quarshie educated participants on cybersecurity, ethical social media use, and the effective use of digital platforms to enhance their skills, promote their businesses, and access learning opportunities.

She also cautioned against online fraud, misinformation, cybercrime, impersonation, and digital abuse, stressing the need to protect vulnerable groups, particularly women and children, in the digital space.

The programme forms part of NCCE’s efforts to equip citizens with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the digital age responsibly while upholding the values and principles of the 1992 Constitution.
