The Akuapem North Municipal Directorate of the NCCE has commemorated International Youth Day at the Presbyterian Senior High Technical School in Larteh under the theme: “Youth Advancing Multilateral Cooperation Through Technology and Partnerships.”
The Municipal Director, Ms. Benedicta Duvor, in her interaction with the students, stressed the importance of harnessing technology and teamwork to develop innovative solutions to societal challenges. She also highlighted the benefits of technology in advancing academics, personal growth, and career opportunities.
Ms. Duvor cautioned the students to remain vigilant against the dangers associated with technology misuse, particularly online exploitation and abuse. She urged them to cultivate responsible digital habits that contribute to their development and the well-being of society. The engagement formed part of the Commission’s effort to empower young people to use technology as a force for positive change.
