Mr. Mawuli Agbenu, Greater Accra Regional Director of the NCCE, delivered a passionate address at the 2025 Annual Constitution Week 3rd Annual Security Constitution Quiz Competition in Tema, representing NCCE Chairperson Kathleen Addy. He emphasised the significance of the 1992 Constitution and the purpose of Constitution Week, which marks Ghana’s return to constitutional democracy. He highlighted the critical role of security services in sustaining peace and civilian leadership, praised Ghana’s diversity and unity, and called for collective responsibility in national development.
