The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), in collaboration with the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), has held a three-day capacity-enhancement programme in Koforidua for selected members of staff and patrons of Civic Education Clubs. Congregating forty stakeholders, the engagement aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills to integrate digital technology into civic delivery.
