As part of the Women and Youth in Democracy (WYDE) engagements, the NCCE, with support from the European Partnership for Democracy, organised an interactive session with students of IPMC University on citizens participation in governance. The programme aimed to raise awareness among youth groups on pressing democratic concerns, particularly post-election duties and responsibilities. Mr. Mawuli Agbenu, NCCE’s Greater Accra Regional Director, led discussions on the dangers of post-election violence, information disorder, and the pivotal roles and responsibilities of young people in sustaining national peace and democracy.
