The Chairperson of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), Kathleen Addy, emphasised the importance of active citizenship during a Civic Fest event held at the Church of Pentecost, Aboom Central, in Cape Coast. The occasion united pupils from St. Monica’s Primary/JHS, Catholic Jubilee Boys Primary/JHS, and Donewell Methodist Primary/JHS, who displayed Ghana’s rich culture through poetry, drama, and traditional dance performances centred on the theme, “Protecting Our Environment: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.”
